Il Trattamento del Disturbo Ossessivo Compulsivo di Personalità dal Punto di Vista Della Prospettiva Intersoggettiva

The following dissertation will be dedicated to the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder from the Intersubjective Perspective. The author of reference will be Bernard Brandchaft, one of the major exponents of this theory. Brandchaft dedicated much of his work to the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. The most typical aspects of Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder will be analized. The paper will take a deeper look into the fondamental aspects of the Intersubjective Perspective and in particular it will focus on the concept of pathological accomodation that has been central to the development of the disorder. The empathic-introspective therapeutic approach ideated by Bernard Brandchaft will be deeply discussed by the aide of the presentation of some clinical cases. The aim of this approach is to lead the patient through the process of abbandoning the attachment to the archaic ties, that imprison the self, to allow the psychological development that was previously hindered to reprise where it had been interrupted. Lastly the Conversational Model will be examined to provide an ulterior confermation of the psychopathogenetic theory and therapeutic approach previously discussed.

La presente dissertazione è dedicata al trattamento del Disturbo Ossessivo Compulsivo di Personalità dal punto di vista della Prospettiva Intersoggettiva. Bernard Brandchaft, uno dei maggiori esponenti della teoria, sarà l’autore di riferimento. Brandchaft ha infatti dedicato gran parte del suo lavoro al trattamento del Disturbo Ossessivo Compulsivo di Personalità. Nell’elaborato saranno analizzati gli aspetti più tipici del disturbo. Verranno poi ampiamente discussi gli aspetti fondamentali della Prospettiva Intersoggettiva ed in particolare il concetto di accomodamento patologico che si sostiene essere centrale nello sviluppo del disturbo ossessivo compulsivo di personalità. Sarà approfondito l’approccio terapeutico empatico-introspettivo proposto da Bernard Brandchaft con l’ausilio della presentazione di alcuni casi clinici. L’obbiettivo principale di questo approccio consiste nell’accompagnare il paziente nel processo di abbandono dell’attaccamento ai legami arcaici che imprigionano il Sè, in modo da permettere allo sviluppo psicologico precedentemente compromesso, di riprendere da dove era stato interrotto. Infine verrà esaminato il Modello Conversazionale che offre un’ulteriore conferma della teoria psicopatogenetica e terapeutica esposta.
