The project aims to focus on the main aspects and benefits of one of the renewed and emerging trends in the building industry, namely sustainable construction. Through the theme, a potential union between the increasing variables of progress (typical of the Fourth Industrial Revolution) and some latent realities with a clear appeal of past times (where the wooden element certainly represents one of the most performing protagonists). Finally, through the example of a business case, it will be possible to understand a practical approach consistent with the combination of efficiency and sustainability.

L'elaborato intende focalizzarsi sui principali aspetti e vantaggi di una delle rinnovate ed emergenti tendenze appartenente al settore edilizio, ovvero l'edilizia sostenibile. Attraverso il tema trattato si valorizza un potenziale connubio tra le crescenti variabili del progresso (tipiche della Quarta Rivoluzione Industriale) ed alcune latenti realtà con un evidente richiamo dei tempi passati (dove l'elemento ligneo rappresenta senz'altro uno dei protagonisti più performanti). Infine, attraverso l'esempio di un caso aziendale, sarà possibile comprendere un approccio pratico coerente con il binomio efficienza-sostenibilità.
