Analisi dei flussi di Business Travel Travel che interessano la città di Torino: NH Business Program for Companies

My final thesis is an analysis of the Business Travel flows that nowadays affect Turin. After an initial overview, there is a digression on the techniques that regulate the management of the demand. After a digression about the Revenue Management principles, the research focuses on how these are reflected in the business context in which I had the opportunity to touch the topics discussed in my thesis. The work experience within the Sales Department of NH Hotel Group, in fact, has inspired the decision to dedicate my thesis to a survey of the sector. As a phenomenon in progress and, above all, because of the enormous professional satisfactions that my activity has yielded during the previous six months, I have chosen to analyze a topic that can only be updated more and more thanks to the progressive globalization phenomenon that is affecting our markets.

Il mio elaborato finale consiste in un'analisi dei flussi di Business Travel che oggigiorno interessano Torino. Dopo una panoramica iniziale in merito all'incidenza di questo segmento sull'economia nazionale, viene presentata una digressione sulle tecniche che regolano la gestione della domanda. Esplicati i principali principi di Revenue Management, la ricerca si focalizza su come questi si riflettano nel contesto aziendale in cui ho avuto la possibilità di toccare con mano gli argomenti trattati nella mia tesi. L'esperienza lavorativa all'interno del Sales Department di NH Hotel Group ha infatti ispirato la decisione di dedicare la mia tesi ad un'indagine mirata del settore. In quanto fenomeno in divenire e, soprattutto, in virtù delle enormi soddisfazioni professionali che la mia attività ha fruttato nel corso dei precedenti sei mesi ho scelto di approfondire un argomento che non potrà che attualizzarsi sempre più grazie all'effetto di progressiva globalizzazione che sta interessando i mercati.
