Il trattato Euratom e le nuove dinamiche del settore nucleare in Europa

The objective of this study is to illustrate the new dynamics of the nuclear sector that Europe is facing today and that it will face in the coming decades. The European environmental policy and its historical excursus act as a framework for the study that continues with the main characteristics of the Euratom Treaty. In conclusion, different topics of the nuclear sector will be analyzed in Europe and particular attention will be given to European policies in this sector.

L'obiettivo di questo studio è quello di illustrare le nuove dinamiche del settore nucleare che l'Europa affronta oggi e che affronterà nei prossimi decenni. La politica ambientale europea e il suo excursus storico fungono da cornice allo studio che prosegue con le principali caratteristiche del Trattato Euratom. In conclusione verranno analizzate diverse tematiche del settore nucleare in Europa e particolare attenzione verrà dedicata alle politiche europee in questo settore.
