Implicazioni per l'assistenza infermieristica alla luce delle disposizioni anticipate di trattamento: accompagnare, sostenere, tutelare il paziente e la famiglia. Una revisione della letteratura.

Target: with my elaborate I have deepened the law n° 219 of 2017, to be able to search some indications on the role of the nurse in the relationship with the patient in the accompanying path, of support and protection with respect to the choices related to the final period of the patient's life . Materials and Methods: I reviewed some articles that analyzing the salient and fundamental points for the role of the nurse in supporting people in front of the advance directives are able to understand and want that they have expressed their will to end life or that they are not able to understand and want; in the light of the Deontological Code of the nurse and some articles of the Italian Constitution. Conclusion: nurses are aware of the presence of advance treatment directives, but have little experience in managing the path of protection, support and support of the patient's will. They are respectful of the will, but not ready to face this issue. There are still these unsolved ones on how to behave in any situations, on how to proceed quickly the presence or not of advance directives for patients.

Obiettivo: con il mio elaborato ho approfondito la legge n°219 del 2017, per poter ricercare alcune indicazioni sul ruolo dell'infermiere nel relazionarsi con il malato nel percorso di accompagnamento, di sostegno e di tutela rispetto alle scelte legate al periodo finale della vita del paziente. Materiali e Metodi: ho rivisto alcuni articoli che analizzando i punti salienti e fondamentali per il ruolo dell'infermiere nel sostenere le persone davanti alle disposizioni anticipate sia capace di intendere e volere che hanno espresso le loro volontà di fine vita o che NON capaci di intendere e volere; alla luce del Codice Deontologico dell'infermiere e di alcuni articolo della Costituzione italiana. Conclusioni: gli infermieri sono a conoscenza della presenza delle disposizioni anticipate di trattamento, ma hanno poca esperienza nella gestione del percorso di tutela, accompagnamento e sostegno della volontà del malato. Sono rispettosi verso le volontà, ma non pronti ad affrontare questa tematica. Ci sono ancora questi irrisolti su come comportarsi in eventuali situazioni, su come procedere in modo veloce la presenza o meno delle DAT per i pazienti.
