Musicoterapia e autismo. Il suono come strumento educativo

The thesis carries out an analysis of the autism spectrum disorder, describing the different treatment modalities and the main elements of planning an educational intervention in this area. Subsequently he dwells on music therapy, deepening its history, its basic characteristics and its different operating models. Finally, the application of music therapy with individuals with autism is treated, through an in-depth study of research and studies done on the subject, on the different operational possibilities that are available in the application of this discipline.

La tesi svolge un'analisi del disturbo dello spettro autistico, descrivendo le differenti modalità di trattamento e gli elementi principali della progettazione di un intervento educativo in questo ambito. Successivamente ci si sofferma sulla musicoterapia, approfondendone la storia, le caratteristiche di base e i suoi differenti modelli operativi. Infine viene trattata l'applicazione della musicoterapia con soggetti con autismo, tramite un approfondimento su ricerche e studi fatti sul tema, sulle diverse possibilità operative che si hanno nell'applicazione di questa disciplina.
