The aforementioned, will also be examined from a surgical point of view to highlight the traumatic nature of the ligament injuries of the hand. The aim, therefore, of the thesis is to illustrate the cycle of the healing process in relation to the various injuries that can be encountered in the field of sports traumatology involving the hand, and to illustrate how the healing process is managed and stimulated, through the design of the rehabilitation program.

L'intenzione di questo lavoro, corredata e argomentata da casi clinici realmente esistenti, trova spazio tra queste righe e mette alla luce, inoltre, per conseguenza diretta del fatto, i protocolli e le tecniche riabilitative poste in atto per il recupero funzionale post traumatico della mano. I suddetti, verranno esaminati anche sotto il profilo chirurgico per evidenziare la traumaticità delle lesioni legamentose della mano. Scopo, quindi, della tesi, è illustrare il ciclo del processo di guarigione in relazione alle varie lesioni che si possono incontrare nel campo della traumatologia sportiva a carico della mano, ed illustrare come viene gestito e stimolato il processo di guarigione, attraverso la progettazione del programma riabilitativo.
