L'industria turistico-alberghiera fra tradizione e innovazione

The aim of this dissertation is to bring to the attention the process of the hôtellerie phenomenon from the beginning, gathering pieces of information on the chosen path by hoteliers, sectorial associations and public bodies through the centuries. It is emphasized that tourism, in all its aspects and evolutions, has been able to influence the growth of the hotel industry.

L'obiettivo di questa dissertazione è di portare a conoscenza l'iter del fenomeno alberghiero fin dal principio, raccogliendo informazioni sul percorso scelto da albergatori, associazioni settoriali e enti pubblici nel corso dei secoli. Viene messo in risalto quanto il turismo, in tutti i suoi aspetti ed evoluzioni, abbia potuto influire nella crescita dell'industria alberghiera.
