I veicoli elettrici sono davvero una scelta ecologia? un analisi degli aspetti logistici dell evoluzione dei veicoli elettrici

The last couple of decades have been critical with regards to need for attention towards the environmental impact of human kind. Particularly in the automobile industry, the latest technological developments have pointed towards drastically reducing C02 emissions and therefore transitioning towards the electric powered vehicles. This thesis has been pursued in order to sensibilize the general public specifically about the impact of the transition from gas-powered vehicles to electric vehicles. The latter will be undertaken by analysing the environmental impact and the logistics which come from this transition. Firstly, an in depth analysis of the history of electric vehicles will be conducted. Secondly, this study will look into the benefits and disadvantages that come from owning and using an electric vehicle. Lastly, this research will dive into the specifics of this upcoming transition, particularly focusing on the electric batteries, green sources of energy and the potential impact that this type of vehicle can have on the energy industry.
