Il diritto all'identità personale

My dissertation talks about a new right, born in our system not so many years ago: the right to personal identity. His origin is not legislative and for this reason my analysis, after a brief confrontation with other giuridic system, starts from the most important sentences in this range. This implies also a confrontation with other rigths, already present in our system; for this reason in my work there is a study even of them, also because, in many case, they have been usefull for the definition of the personal identity and for his evolution.

La mia tesi verte su una analisi relativa l'emergente "diritto all'identità personale". Essendo quest'ultimo di origine giurisprudenziale e dottrinale, dopo un breve inquadramento e studio comparativo con altri sistemi giuridici, sono partita proprio dall'approfondimento delle sentenze considerate capostipiti, ripercorrendo poi l'evoluzione giurisprudenziale. Nell'ambito di quest'ultima, il diritto all'identità personale ha dovuto interfacciarsi anche con altri diritti preesistenti nel nostro ordinamento; per tale motivo lo sviluppo della mia trattazione include anche lo studio di questi, essendo spesso stati non solo fonte di confronto, ma anche utile strumento per la sua evoluzione e definizione.
