La valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale

The present thesis proposes an analysis of the concept of 'cultural heritage' to highlight the importance it represents for the world, to then move on to a brief excursus on the Code of Cultural Heritage in which it goes to define this concept and emphasizes its division into: cultural heritage and landscape heritage. There is a small introduction of those responsible for the control and proper functioning of the protection of wealth from the past, these subjects, in addition to protecting wealth, must promote it and make it usable to future generations. There are also two Spanish UNESCO sites: the Way of Santiago and the itineraries of the foundation of the Legado Andalusì. ​

All'interno della presente tesi viene proposta un'analisi del concetto di 'patrimonio culturale' per andare ad evidenziare l'importanza che rappresenta per il mondo, per poi passare ad una breve excursus sul Codice dei Beni culturali in cui si va a definire tale concetto e si sottolinea la sua divisione in: beni culturali e beni paesaggistici. È presente una piccola introduzione dei soggetti preposti al controllo e al buon funzionamento della salvaguardia delle ricchezze provenienti dal passato, tali soggetti in questione, oltre a proteggere la ricchezza, devono promuoverla e renderla fruibile alle generazioni future. Inoltre vengono trattati due siti Unesco Spagnoli: Il Cammino di Santiago e gli itinerari della fondazione del Legado Andalusì.
