Crema volumizzante labbra a base di estratti di Anemarrhena asphodeloides preparazione, utilizzo ed efficacia

Nowadays we are constantly trying to look perfect at every occasion, and if before we tried to harmonize our face only with make-up, today we are studying more and more innovative methods to correct aesthetic defects. Surely cosmetic surgery in this case has made great efforts, but cosmetology has also tried to find molecules from the plant world that could help improving our appearance. In this frame, the volumizer for lips was born, and it constists of a cream formulation that contains substances that not only acts on the volume of lips, but which has a function of hydration and protection from external agents. During my internship, carried out at the cosmetic company Fitoderma s.r.l. of Turin, I took care of the formulation and preparation of a product for those people who want to improve the appearance and shape of their lips, while maintaining their naturalness. I subsequently developed an assessment questionnaire on the prepared volumizer to be submitted to those people (between 20 and 70 years old) who tested the cream, in order to evaluate its effect on skins of different ages and to obtain information on what can be the strengths of the cream. In addition, the test aims to trace a profile of the user and to evaluate the emotional impact arisen by applying the cream or just the idea of being able to obtain an optimal final effect. For this reason, I provided a "base" cream to half of the testing subjects (blank sample), whose properties are also described in the Thesis, which has no volumizing effect. The results obtained were satisfactory, and highlighted that the use of Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts is an effective strategy in the formulation of a lip plumper. The internship allowed me to know a cosmetic production reality, where I acquired not only skills on the formulation and preparation of a cosmetic product from plant extracts, but also on the production and packaging aspects.

Al giorno d’oggi si cerca costantemente di essere perfetti ad ogni occasione, se prima si cercava di armonizzare il viso solamente con il trucco, oggi invece si stanno studiando metodi sempre più innovativi per andare a correggere i difetti estetici. Sicuramente la chirurgia estetica in questo caso ha fatto grandi passi avanti, ma anche la cosmetologia ha cercato di trovare molecole dal mondo vegetale che potessero aiutare a migliorare l’aspetto della persona. Da questo presupposto nasce quindi il volumizzante labbra, una formulazione in crema che all’interno contiene sostanze che non solo vanno ad agire sul volume della labbra, ma che svolgono funzione di idratazione e protezione dagli agenti esterni. Durante il mio periodio di tirocinio, svolto presso l’azienda cosmetica Fitoderma s.r.l. di Torino, mi sono occupata della formulazione e preparazione di un prodotto per chi vuole migliorare l’aspetto e la forma delle labbra mantenendo la loro naturalezza. Ho successivamente sviluppato un test di questa crema su persone che hanno un’età compresa tra i 20 e i 70 anni, per valutare l’effetto che può avere su pelli che hanno età differenti e ottenere informazioni su quali sono i punti di forza della crema. Inoltre, il test che messo a punto ha lo scopo di tracciare un profilo dell’utilizzatore e valutare l’impatto emotivo all’applicazione della crema o solo all’idea di poter ottenere un effetto finale ottimale. Per questo motivo ho somministrato a metà delle persone una crema “base”, anch’essa descritta nella Tesi,che non ha alcun effetto volumizzante. I risultati ottenuti sono stati soddisfacenti, ed hanno messo in evidenza che l’utilizzo di estratti di Anemarrhena asphodeloides è una strategia efficace nella formulazione di un volumizzante per labbra. L’attività di tirocinio mi ha permesso di conoscere una realtà produttiva cosmetica, dove ho acquisito non soltanto competenze sulla formulazione e preparazione di un prodotto cosmetico da estratti vegetali, ma anche sugli aspetti produttivi e di packaging.
