The first two phases deliver the most important tools for the right development of the project: Project Charter, WBS and the Gantt Chart. These tools are well known among Project Managers, and they need a particular attention. Given this importance, the first Chapter analyze them with also visual illustrations. The second and third chapters focuses on the event itself. The attempt of the event is to enhance students’ soft skills to prepare them for the present working environment. This focus has been chosen considering that the role of soft skills will grow since technology, globalisation and demographic changes are shaping the way businesses compete. The event takes place in Germany, in the Hochschule of Osnabrueck. To help the creation of the event, the Project Charter, WBS, Gantt Chart, and the risk matrix, related to this event, are developed, and explained. The thesis is also enriched with site maps, legends, and photos of the exact location of the event.
