La scrittura professionale: la cura e la crescita della persona attraverso le parole

In this thesis, we aim to address the topic of professional writing, which is a fundamental element in the work of a Professional Educator. The Professional Educator is required to regularly generate documentation as part of their daily work routine. This documentation serves the purpose of self-reflection, self-presentation, and the representation of their clients and the services provided. This communication extends not only to the members of the team they are a part of but also to external organizations and entities. The objective of this work is to highlight the importance of professional writing in the field of education, where the professional is responsible for nurturing the dimension of writing. The Professional Educator aims to make writing a conscious choice that is functional for growth, an act of care, and a guide for both present and future educational work.

In questa tesi di laurea si vuole affrontare l’argomento della scrittura professionale, elemento di fondamentale importanza per il lavoro dell’Educatore Professionale, che deve quotidianamente produrre documentazione nell’ambito della sua quotidianità lavorativa per raccontare a sé, di sé, dell’utenza e del servizio, non solo ai membri dell’équipe di cui fa parte, ma anche a enti e soggetti esterni. L’obiettivo di questo lavoro è volto ad evidenziare l’importanza della scrittura professionale in ambito educativo, dove il professionista è tenuto a curare la dimensione della scrittura. L’Educatore Professionale vuole fare della scrittura una scelta consapevole che sia funzionale per una crescita, che sia un atto di cura, che faccia da traccia per il lavoro educativo presente e futuro.
