The study aims to provide, starting from a general examination of the stock market, various insights into the analysis of speculation on the stock exchange and consequent study of the different tools used, in order to raise awareness of the impact they have had and their recent evolution. The material used for the drafting of the report was acquired through different channels such as newspaper articles, books by authors representing the share world and documents drawn up by financial market control bodies such as, for example, the CONSOB and is structured in two chapters: the first gives an introduction to what the Stock Exchange is, offering insights into its history and providing a general picture of what are the stock markets and the securities listed on them. The second chapter instead focuses attention on speculation by explaining, for example, how the stock market can be manipulated.

L’argomento chiave su cui verte il seguente esposto è un’analisi approfondita sul tema della Borsa azionaria e le sue sfaccettature inerenti il tema della speculazione. Lo studio ha come obiettivo quello di fornire, partendo da un esame generale del mercato azionario, variegati spunti di analisi della speculazione in Borsa e conseguente studio dei differenti strumenti utilizzati, al fine di sensibilizzare l’incidenza che hanno avuto e la loro recente evoluzione. Il materiale utilizzato per la stesura dell’elaborato è stato acquisito tramite differenti canali quali per esempio articoli di giornale, libri di autori esponenti del mondo azionario e documenti redatti da organi per il controllo del mercato finanziario quali, per esempio, la CONSOB ed è articolato in due capitoli: il primo dà un’introduzione di quella che è la Borsa, offrendo spunti sulla sua storia e fornendo un quadro generale di quelli che sono i mercati azionari e i titoli quotati in essi. Il secondo capitolo invece focalizza l’attenzione sulla speculazione spiegando, per esempio, come il mercato azionario possa essere manipolato.
