How the Economic Policies in Bill Clinton's Presidency affected the American Economic Expansion in 1990s

In the decade which went from the beginning to the ending of Bill Clinton's two terms, the United States have been through what is still considered one of the largest economic expansion in the American history. What is remarkable is how the then-President Clinton inherited a country with relatively high unemployment rate, continuously-rising federal budget deficit and coming from years of economic recession, and managed to turn it into one of the leading Economies worldwide. The reason why this economic performance was pursued and enhanced for the all duration of his two terms was the strength and the pertinence of his administration's Economic Policies.
