In this thesis, I will try to give a clear picture of what behavioural finance is and why it is significant for the corporate environment. To do so, I will present three biases which have proven to be relevant for the influence they exert on managers and executives, with a particular focus on how they affect professionals differently according to their gender. I will base my work on previous literature and studies on this subject.
