Analisi performance nel settore Automotive: i casi FCA e PSA

The aim of the following work is to analyze two different companies operating in the automotive sector, trying to identify and analyze their business performance. The work will be divided into four chapters, which will work on different business and economic aspects. Initially, the first chapter will clarify what is the industrial performance and its analysis through the balance sheet indices. Then the second chapter will outline the automotive sector and describe the companies chosen for the analysis, i.e. FCA and PSA. The third chapter will deal with the analysis by indexes of the financial statements of the two companies, with the aim of highlighting and comparing the two business models. The fourth and last chapter will deal with the plan for the merger of the two companies. ​

Lo scopo del seguente lavoro ha l'obbiettivo di analizzare due diverse imprese operanti nel settore automotive, cercando di identificare ed analizzare le loro performance aziendali. Il lavoro sarà suddiviso in quattro capitoli, i quali opereranno su diversi aspetti aziendali ed economici. Inizialmente con il primo capitolo si chiarirà cos'è la performance industriale e la sua analisi attraverso gli indici di bilancio. Successivamente con il secondo capitolo si andrà a delineare il settore automotive e a descrivere le società scelte per l'analisi, ovvero FCA e PSA. Il terzo capitolo tratterà l'analisi per indici dei bilanci delle due società, con lo scopo di evidenziare e confrontare i due modelli di business. Il quarto ed ultimo capitolo tratterà il progetto della fusione delle due società.
