The purpose of the study is make known all the diferences between banking system in Italy and Nigeria with particular interest in Access Bank and Intesa Sanpoalo, their functions, interest rate, environmental impact, quality customer services and safety management measures in order to give total satisfication to their esteemed cutomers because customer is a king . The Aim of Intesa Sanpoalo and Access Bank is committed to ensuring a sustainable future through innovation and best in class operations by being first, being the best and sometimes being the only. Instrument for data collections are questionnaires and research questions, which formed the course of primary data, while materials from various published articles, textbooks, journals and newspapers formed the secondary data. The method of analysis is the use of tables and percentages. The major finding of the research is that all staff of Access Bank are aware of the quality safety and management elements and are fully involved in the practice of it in their day to day business. The study recommends that since the practice of the quality safety and management improves customer service and care, there is need for constant training of all staff on it practices on a continuous basis.
