Title: '' People, Planet, Profit dimensions of a worldwide operating company: Acciaierie Arvedi. '' The research question: Which is the adequate path in terms of investments and use of resources needed to become a leading and competitive figure in your industry while improving your sustainability in people, planet and profit dimension? Aim: The purpose of this research paper is to explore Acciaieria Arvedi sustainable approach which is unique at European level and its ability in maintaining a leading position in its industry focusing on innovation but also on environmental and social improvements. In addition, through examples and research, the dissertation provides a detailed description of the three fundamental dimensions of sustainability: People, Planet and Profit. Methodology:This work is based on a case study analysis: Acciaieria Arvedi an Italian family owned company based in Cremona which is has a unique production process, indeed ''it is the Europe's first and the world second fully operating mini- mill for flat rolled steel production'' (arvedi.it) This research approach is provided by researches of previous literature but the majority of data are first-hand sources coming from interviews to managers that realized completely all the steps in terms of sustainable commitment and integration. In addition, to give a more precise and solid vision regarding the position of the company the dissertation analyses some direct competitors in terms of final product and production process. Findings and Implications: Both the case study and the research support the fact that Italy, also Europe, are not engaged enough in sustainable processes in industrial production and this issue is underlined by the unique position of Gruppo Arvedi among its competitors.
