Previous academic research has demonstrated the benefits that military training can have on entrepreneurial leadership skills. However, there is little research on what particular military leadership skills can be important also for entrepreneurs. This document aims to analyse how singular leadership skills taught in military training could be effectively employed also in an entrepreneurial field. Understanding more clearly the significance and the advantages these skills bring could provide aspiring entrepreneurs or future intrapreneurs of useful tools to succeed. The potential of some skills like risk-taking attitude, responsibility and speed is already well known and applied by most entrepreneurs. Others, like respect, speed and, to some extent, discipline, are less established, to the point that for some of them there is little academic literature about their business application. On the lens of Kiyosaki (2015) and Bertocci (2009) 's work, the present study shows that a military training can be advantageous for entrepreneurs that want to improve their leadership skills; and this document can be intended as a compendium for understanding those skills.

Abstract
On the lens of Kiyosaki (2015) and Bertocci (2009) 's work, the present study shows that a military training can be advantageous for entrepreneurs that want to improve their leadership skills; and this document can be intended as a compendium for understanding those skills.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
