Gli Enti del Terzo Settore e le tecniche di Project Management: il caso Dynamo Camp

The paper will analyse the world of the Third Sector, focusing on both its entities and fundraising. It will then be developed a practical case concerning the Foundation Dynamo Camp Onlus, focusing on the forms of funding that this reality puts in the field to obtain the funds necessary for it. Finally, the Insieme Per Dynamo Camp committee will be introduced and some project management techniques will be used to illustrate one of the charity events organized by the group. ​

L'elaborato prenderà in analisi il mondo del Terzo Settore, soffermandosi sia sui suoi enti sia sulle raccolte di fondi. Verrà poi sviluppato un caso pratico riguardante Fondazione Dynamo Camp Onlus, ponendo l'attenzione sulle forme di finanziamento che questa realtà mette in campo per ricavare i fondi ad essa indispensabili. Per terminare, verrà fatto conoscere il comitato Insieme Per Dynamo Camp e saranno utilizzate alcune tecniche di project management per illustrare uno degli eventi a scopo benefico organizzati dal gruppo. ​
