Il test impulsivo funzionale nella diagnostica delle vertigini

The main objective of the paper was to study the use of the fHIT test in the diagnosis of dizzy patients. The study was carried out on fifteen patients, with an average age of 47 years. The VHIT test was previously carried out on the sample and then the fHIT test; The analysis of the data carried out demonstrates a substantial overlap both between the data collected in the three channels and between the differential data in the two sexes. In all groups, in fact, normal parameters were detected as well as hypofunction, depending on the pathology of the subject under examination. The functional impulsive test has proved to be of great use in the functional diagnosis of balance disorders, with this study we wanted to compare the findings made with the functional test to those of the impulsive test and we think we can draw some conclusions: the new examination methods of the balance apparatus allow us to use new technologies to the advantage of great speed, manageability and comfort of diagnostic tests. In addition, impulsive tests represent a useful diagnostic complement to traditional clinical and instrumental tests

L'obiettivo principale dell'elaborato è stato studiare l'utilizzo del test fHIT nella diagnosi dei pazienti vertiginosi. Lo studio è stato condotto su quindici pazienti, con un'età media di 47 anni.E' stato precedentemente eseguito sul campione di pazienti il test VHIT e in seguito il test fHIT; L'analisi dei dati effettuata mostra una sostanziale sovrapposizione sia tra i dati raccolti nei tre canali sia tra i dati differenziali nei due sessi. In tutti i gruppi, infatti, sono stati rilevati parametri normali oltre che ipofunzioni, a seconda della patologia del soggetto in esame. Il test funzionale impulsivo si è rivelato di grande utilità nella diagnosi funzionale dei disturbi dell'equilibrio, con questo studio si è voluto confrontare i risultati ottenuti con il test funzionale con quelli del test impulsivo e pensiamo di poter trarre alcune conclusioni: le nuove metodiche d'esame dell'apparato dell'equilibrio consentono di utilizzare le nuove tecnologie a vantaggio di una grande velocità, maneggevolezza e comodità degli esami diagnostici. Inoltre, i test impulsivi rappresentano un utile complemento diagnostico ai tradizionali test clinici e strumentali
