This work starts from the research that i made during my intership at a temporary agency at the outskirts of Turin.The thesis explores contemporary iusses facing by candidates and recruiters highligliting night and duties of both. My analysis is focused on three subjects interrelated: candidates,recruiters and world of work. Analyzed data allow to detect the caracteristic and the working approaches of different population:this underline now the behavior depends on our cultural background. My observation allows reflect on now every person is different,in a selection process,in behavior,way of relationship;all of this without forgetting concepts and preconceptions of recruiters during a selection process.
