Il ruolo dell’educatore in relazione all’ambiente scolastico - indagine e monitoraggio della figura educativa nelle scuole della zona di Cuneo

The central theme of my work is school, understood as an environment of personal growth and opportunities for the development of theoretical and social skills. I carried out my thesis in collaboration with the Cooperativa Sociale Emmanuele of the city of Cuneo that for years has been carrying out social activities for the territory and deals with some projects within schools. I decided to use the questionnaire as a method to investigate the role of the educator in the above-mentioned educational spaces. The research was submitted to 55 protagonists of the school, including educators and teachers. Through the emerged data it is possible to observe how the intertwining of the two professions would be the ideal condition to operate in schools.

Il tema centrale del mio lavoro è la scuola, inteso come ambiente di crescita personale e opportunità per lo sviluppo di competenze teoriche e sociali. Ho svolto la mia tesi in collaborazione con la Cooperativa Sociale Emmanuele della città di Cuneo che da anni svolge attività sociali per il territorio e si occupa di alcuni progetti all’interno delle scuole. Ho deciso di utilizzare il questionario come metodo per indagare come si presenta il ruolo dell’educatore negli spazi educativi sopracitati. La ricerca è stata sottoposta a 55 protagonisti della scuola, tra educatori e insegnanti. Attraverso i dati emersi è possibile osservare come l’intreccio delle due professioni sarebbe la condizione ideale per operare nelle scuole.
