Starting from british colonies to the present day, showing the salient features, the events that marked the matter and how these interacted with each other. The last part, preceded by a small parenthesis on the US university system, present the most critical aspects of the actual law schools system.

Una breve comparazione, soprattutto in prospettiva diacronica, della formazione giuridica negli Stati Uniti d'America. Partendo dalle colonie britanniche per arrivare ai giorni nostri, mostrando gli aspetti salienti, gli eventi che nei secoli hanno segnato la materia e come questi hanno interagito fra loro. L'ultima parte, preceduta da una piccola parentesi sul sistema universitario americano, presenta gli aspetti più critici del sistema attuale delle law schools.
