The aim of this paper is to provide a theoretical background of the ¿Animal Friendly Products¿ and to show how this emerging kind of consumption has a positive impact in the economic system. In order to achieve this, the framework of this paper is articulated in two parts. The first one describes the big group of Ethical Products, while the second one shows the Animal Friendly Products as a new opportunity for Ethical Products. In the latter part will be treated the Animal Welfare Laws, the several surveys related to this argument and the new possibilities for businesses generated by this new kind of consumption. In particular I will focus on Animal Friendly Products because this is a new topic and for this reason it is not been enough covered and discussed in Sociology. Moreover I will linger over this subject because I strongly believe that this is a new opportunity for ethical consumption and in the course of this graduation report I will explain why.
