Anastasija Nikolaevna: storia e leggenda

The aim of this dissertation is to compare the true story of the gran duchess Anastasija Nikolaevna Romanova with the legends that arose after the execution of the Romanov family. The work is divided into three parts. The first one acts as a context of the period in which the gran duchess lived. The second part is an account of the life of Anastasija Nikolaevna and her family until they were all murdered by bolshevik soldiers. The third one analyses the legends of the survival of the gran duchess and how they were freely adapted in films and novels.

Questa dissertazione si propone di trattare la vera storia della granduchessa Anastasija Nikolaevna Romanova messa a confronto con le leggende nate dopo l'esecuzione degli ultimi Romanov. Il lavoro è suddiviso in tre parti. La prima funge da contesto al periodo in cui la granduchessa è vissuta, partendo dal 1905 al 1917. La seconda parte tratta la vita di Anastasija Nikolaevna e della sua famiglia e si conclude con l'assassinio di tutti i Romanov per mano dei soldati bolsceviki. La terza analizza le leggende sulla presunta sopravvivenza della granduchessa e come queste siano state liberamente adattate nel cinema e nella letteratura.
