IL COSTRUTTO DI CONTROTRANSFERT. Lo sviluppo teorico da Ferenczi al suo utilizzo secondo un'ottica di campo.

The thematic development of this thesis project, will be presented in a division into two parts. In the first part, it will offer an overview of the countertransference, or anything related actions, the relational mode and the analyst's emotions towards the patient. In the first place it will be considered ideology and thoughts related to countertransference in the past, especially considering what was called a case of "difficult" Jung, of which one has the ability to trace the highlights through the exchange correspondence that took place between the same Jung and Freud. By reading this chart you have a way to understand what was the climate that revolved around this phenomenon. Later the focus will shift on a clinical case of Ferenczi, R.N., highlighting the features that distinguished him. In particular, it is focusing on one aspect that marked the case, the mutual analysis and its effects. This will then be placed under the reader's attention, as the concept of countertransference from the late '40s, thanks to the contribution at first Winnicott and Heimann and later by other authors, is completely changed, thereby altering both the thought that constituted that its use in the therapeutic field. In the second part of the argument, instead, it is initially implement the transference interpretation analysis, identifying and emphasizing the various types and their characteristics that make it up. Looking for more, to give an answer to what is a question that often comes in the mind of psychotherapists, that is what it means to interpret during the analytic session. Later, it will face an additional therapeutic construct the narrative derivatives of alpha function and the transformative capacity of it, related to the interests of the field, so as to arrive at a totally different perspective of the current counter-construct. field optics which will then be applied, in an original way, through the clinical experience of the supervision of cases I have had the opportunity to acquire and deepen during the achievement of the masterful placement within a CSM, the Ferenczi's clinical case of R.N. In conclusion, the focus of the work will move on the analysis of materials at two clinical cases, courtesy of a psychotherapist through an interview, so as to provide the reader with examples of contemporary manifestations of countertransference that occurred during some sessions therapeutic.

Lo sviluppo tematico di questo progetto di tesi, verrà presentato secondo una suddivisione in due parti. Nella prima parte, sarà offerta una panoramica sul costrutto di controtransfert, ovvero tutto ciò che riguarda le azioni, le modalità relazionali e le emozioni dello psicoanalista nei confronti del paziente. In primis verrà presa in considerazione l'ideologia e il pensiero relativo al controtransfert nel passato, in particolar modo prendendo in considerazione quello che fu definito un caso ¿difficile¿ di Jung, del quale si ha la possibilità di rintracciare i momenti salienti attraverso lo scambio epistolare che avvenne tra lo stesso Jung e Freud. Tramite la lettura di tale carteggio si ha modo di comprendere quello che era il clima che ruotava attorno a questo fenomeno. In seguito l'attenzione si sposterà su di un caso clinico di Ferenczi, R.N., evidenziando le peculiarità che lo contraddistinsero. In particolar modo, ponendo l'accento su di un aspetto che contrassegnò il caso, ovvero l'analisi reciproca e i suoi effetti. Successivamente verrà posto sotto l'attenzione del lettore, come il concetto di controtransfert dalla fine degli anni '40, grazie al contributo in un primo momento di Winnicott e Heimann e successivamente di altri autori, sia del tutto mutato, modificando in questo modo sia il pensiero che lo costituiva che il suo impiego in ambito terapeutico. Nella seconda parte della tesi, invece, si attuerà inizialmente l'analisi dell'interpretazione di transfert, individuando ed enfatizzando le varie tipologie e le rispettive caratteristiche che lo compongono. Cercando per di più, di dare una risposta a quello che è un interrogativo che spesso si presenta nella mente degli psicoterapeuti, ossia cosa significa interpretare nel corso della seduta analitica. In seguito, si affronterà un ulteriore costrutto terapeutico, i derivati narrativi della funzione alfa e la capacità trasformativa di essa, legati ad un'ottica di campo, così da pervenire ad una prospettiva del tutto attuale del costrutto di controtransfert. Ottica di campo che verrà poi applicata, in modo originale, attraverso l'esperienza clinica della supervisione di casi che ho avuto modo di acquisire ed approfondire, durante il conseguimento del tirocinio magistrale all'interno di un CSM, al caso clinico di R.N. di Ferenczi. In conclusione, il focus del lavoro si sposterà sull'analisi del materiale relativo a due casi clinici, gentilmente concesso da uno psicoterapeuta attraverso un'intervista, in modo tale da offrire al lettore degli esempi contemporanei di manifestazioni di controtransfert verificatesi nel corso di alcune sedute terapeutiche.
