DOPING E SOMMINISTRAZIONE OFF LABEL DI FARMACI NON VIETATI NEL CALCIO PROFESSIONISTICO

Research and study of doping and off label administration of not banned drugs in professional football. It has been examined the normative evolution and it has been analyzed the various theories put forward by the doctrine and jurisprudence, focusing on the laws used to defray the legal vacuum before the Law no. 376/2000. It has been discussed about the "process juventus" as the most striking case of doping in football. Finally it has been analyzed the structure and the tasks of World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

Lavoro di ricerca e studio del fenomeno del doping e dell'utilizzo, a tal fine di farmaci in modalità off label nel calcio professionistico. Trattando l'evoluzione normativa in materia si è passati ad analizzare le varie tesi sostenute dalla dottrina e dalla giurisprudenza, soffermandosi sulle leggi utilizzate per sopperire al vuoto normativo antecedente alla legge n. 376/2000. Si è passati ad esaminare il "processo juventus" poichè il caso più eclatante di doping nel calcio. Per concludere si sono analizzati la struttura e i compiti dell'agenzia mondiale antidoping (WADA).
