IL LIVELLO A2 SONO DUE?

From the 9th of December 2010 all foreigners residing in Italy who wish to obtain a residence permit extended, must pass an Italian language class A 2. The test was introduced by the Ministry has issued a handbook of guidelines for its preparation, but the development and implementation was entrusted to the CPIA-Former Permanent Territorial Centres, all over the country. Some issues addressed in the guidelines give rise to confusion among professionals, such as the abolition of the oral or the roof of sufficient stability to eighty per cent: the lack of a central body allows different interpretations and management issues. Lack of funds allocated specifically for the new test, and general state of crisis on the resources of the school, makes it difficult to create new courses, and dedicated, in general, what results is a test of lower level than the level 2 a certificate from the CEFR, as well as in content and fragmented yardstick in different areas of Italy.

Dal 9 dicembre 2010 tutti gli stranieri soggiornanti in Italia che desiderino ottenere un permesso di soggiorno prolungato, devono superare un test di lingua italiana di livello A 2. Il test è stato introdotto dal Ministero che ha emesso un vademecum di linee guida per la sua stesura, ma la realizzazione e l'esecuzione è stata affidata ai CPIA- ex Centri Territoriali permanenti, sparsi sul territorio. Alcuni punti trattati nelle linee guida suscitano perplessità tra gli addetti ai lavori, come l'abolizione della prova orale o il tetto della sufficienza stabilito all'ottanta per cento: la mancanza di un organo centrale permette diverse interpretazioni e gestioni delle problematiche. La mancanza di fondi stanziati appositamente per il nuovo test, e in generale lo stato di crisi che interessa le risorse della scuola, rende difficoltosa la creazione di nuovi corsi dedicati e, in generale, quello che risulta è un test di livello inferiore rispetto al livello A 2 certificato dal QCER, oltre che frammentato nei contenuti e nel metro di giudizio nelle diverse zone d'Italia.
