I analyzed the Business Information Systems evolution, the conditions for its development, how they affect the competitive business, the conditions necessary for the system information as create value for the company. In questo elaborato si analizza l'evoluzione dei Sistemi Informativi Aziendali, i requisiti necessari perché ciò avvenga, la loro influenza sulla competitiva aziendale, le condizioni sufficienti affinché il Sistema Informativo crei valore per l'azienda. Elemento saliente per tutti i sistemi informativi è la capacità di estrarre, dagli eventi aziendali, la "CONOSCENZA" necessaria alle decisioni aziendali.
