“Il rapporto tra reato e prescrizioni nell’affidamento in prova”

My thesis addresses the topic of probation with social services, with particular reference to the relationship between the crime and the conditions imposed. The first chapter covers probation in its general characteristics: definition, nature, and legislative evolution. The second chapter focuses on the content of the conditions, the principle of categoricity, and the types of conditions based on the offense committed by the probationer.

La mia tesi di laurea tratta il tema dell’affidamento in prova al servizio sociale, con particolare riferimento al rapporto tra il reato e le prescrizioni. Il primo capitolo tratta l’affidamento in prova nelle sue caratteristiche generali: definizione, natura ed evoluzione legislativa. Il secondo capitolo verte sul contenuto delle prescrizioni, sul principio di categoricità e sulle tipologie delle prescrizioni in base ai reato commesso dall’affidato.
