This thesis analyzes the influence that teachers' empathy has on the psychosocial well-being of adolescent students, through the contribution of three articles: Is Empathy the Key to Effective Teaching? A Systematic Review of Its Association with Teacher-Student Interactions and Student Outcomes by Aldrup, Carstensen, and Klusmann (2022); Humanizing and conducive to learning: an adolescent students' perspective on the central attributes of positive relationships with teachers by García-Moya, Brooks and Moreno (2019); Brief intervention to encourage empathic discipline cuts suspension rates in half among adolescents by Okonofua, Paunesku, and Walton.
