Il bilancio sostenibile: il ruolo che ricopre per la transazione ecosostenibile delle aziende.

This paper aims to expose the role of sustainable balance in the ecological transition that will have to be addressed in the coming years. Initially, an overview of the current climate situation will be offered: both at European and Italian level; present the current difficulties and those that are predicted in case of no change of course. Then there will be a brief historical tour of the European Directives drafted and implemented that led us to the current legislative situation and especially to the introduction of sustainable budgeting as a tool for sustainable finance. It will be described in detail, with particular attention to the structural characteristics, the impact achieved so far and the impact that it may have in the future on the ecological transition. To highlight this will also be exposed two case studies of two Italian companies leaders in their sector that have openly declared themselves active on the sustainable and ecological plan. In conclusion, there will be a reflection on what has been done and how much still needs to be implemented to achieve a healthy balance between economy and environmental sustainability in the years to come.

Il presente elaborato si pone l'obiettivo di esporre il ruolo del bilancio sostenibile all'interno della transizione ecologica che dovrà essere affrontata nei prossimi anni. Inizialmente verrà offerta una panoramica della situazione climatica attuale: sia a livello europeo che a livello italiano; verranno presentate le difficoltà attuali e quelle che invece vengono pronosticate nel caso in cui non si cambiasse rotta. Successivamente vi sarà un breve excursus storico inerente le Direttive Europee redatte e attuate che ci hanno condotto alla situazione legislativa attuale e soprattutto all'introduzione del bilancio sostenibile come strumento di finanza sostenibile. Esso sarà ampiamente descritto con attenzione particolare alle caratteristiche strutturali, all'impatto ottenuto fino ad oggi e all'impatto che potrà avere in futuro sulla transizione ecologica. Per evidenziare ciò verranno anche esposti due casi studio di due aziende italiane leader nel proprio settore che si sono apertamente dichiarate attive sul piano sostenibile ed ecologico. In conclusione vi sarà una riflessione su quanto è stato fatto e su quanto ancora ci sarà da attuare per raggiungere negli anni a venire un equilibrio sano tra economia e sostenibilità ambientale.
