“Aree di rischio” e analisi comparativa applicata ai club di calcio

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the balance sheets of football teams, in particular high profile clubs such as Juventus, Inter, Milan and Lazio, and identify the areas of greatest risk for the analysis of the statutory auditor or mayor, In order to achieve this, I used the balance sheets published on the websites of these teams, reclassified and analysed them, and focused on the most risky elements of football balance sheets. I then compared the auditors' and statutory auditors' reports attached to those accounts. In general, the analysis of such financial statements is essential to ensure the accuracy of the financial information provided to shareholders, supporters, sponsors and regulatory authorities. The peculiarities of the football industry such as the assessment of rights to players, the management of revenues from television rights and sponsorships are important and difficult for auditors to quantify.

L’obiettivo di questa tesi di laurea è analizzare e comparare i bilanci delle squadre di calcio, in particolare dei club di alto profilo come Juventus, Inter, Milan e Lazio, e individuare le aree di maggior rischio per l’analisi del revisore legale o sindaco, per raggiungere tale obiettivo ho utilizzato i bilanci pubblicati sui siti di tali squadre, li ho riclassificati e analizzati e mi sono soffermato sugli elementi di maggior rischio dei bilanci delle squadre di calcio. Successivamente ho confrontato le relazioni dei revisori e sindaci allegate a tali bilanci. In generale l’analisi di tali bilanci è essenziale per garantire l'accuratezza delle informazioni finanziarie fornite agli azionisti, tifosi, sponsor e autorità regolatorie. Le peculiarità dell'industria calcistica come la valutazione dei diritti sui giocatori, la gestione dei ricavi da diritti televisivi e sponsorizzazioni sono temi importanti e di difficile quantificazione per i revisori contabili.
