More particularly, they helped the creation of Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Bart, Microsoft’s Bing, etc. After its release in November 2022 ChatGPT gained incredible popularity, and for a short period of time, it gained millions of consumers. The capabilities of these algorithms impressed the world with the potential they have to improve and change customer experience, education, labor market and other areas of our everyday lives. However, these benefits don’t come without a cost.
