The market in the 21st century is either e-commerce or nothing, Bill Gates, the world's richest man, once said. Because e - commerce not only limited in a certain region, but also in the development of the global scope. China's e-commerce can be said to be the world's leading region. In addition to its rapid development and huge market size, it has also made great achievements in logistics distribution and payment, which is worth learning from other countries. In the contemporary society, with the rapid progress of communication technology in recent years, the Internet has changed the way people get information and communicate with each other. E-commerce based on Internet technology has become a hot topic in the society. In the narrow sense, e-commerce is a variety of transactions conducted through the Internet, while in the broad sense, as long as the business activities conducted through the Internet can be called e-commerce, its essence is the electronic and networked information flow of business. One of the essence of e-commerce is to eliminate or reduce the intermediate links between manufacturers and consumers in the process of commodity circulation, so as to save the costs and expenses formed in the intermediate links and improve economic efficiency. Since its inception in 1995, in less than 20 years, China's e-commerce has experienced three continuous expansion and deepening of the development process from "tools", "channels" to "infrastructure". At present, Chinese Internet companies such as Alibaba are global leaders. E-commerce has a huge potential market. In 2018, China's e-commerce transaction volume reached 31.63 trillion yuan, saving Chinese enterprises us $1.55 billion in operating and transaction costs. China's potential in e-commerce is clear, with an ideal number of mobile user accounts and social networking users. The development of The Internet and 4G network, the rise of mobile devices and various smart devices, and the new bank card users every day have made Vietnam's e-commerce industry better equipped for development. Second, China now has 700 million regular Internet users and 300 million social networking accounts. Eight out of ten people are online regularly, mostly through mobile devices. Due to various advantages and the support of the national government, China's e-commerce industry has always been a good development environment. In the writing process, the paper uses data analysis and literature analysis to explain the thesis. This article aims to propose some suggestions for China's e-commerce development by analyzing the current status of China's e-commerce development and discovering some of the problems, and provide some opinions for China's e-commerce development.
