L'epopea animalistica a confronto: Le Roman de Renart e Robin Hood

The following paper presents a comparison between Le Roman de Renart and Robin Hood. In particular, the analysis is based on animals, undisputed protagonists of both works. Animals will be analysed in their role, in their behavior and in their representation. Furthermore there is a section in which an Italian translation, a French and an English prose will be compared with the original Roman de Renart.

Il seguente elaborato presenta un confronto tra Le Roman de Renart e il cartone di Robin Hood. In particolare, l'analisi si basa sugli animali, protagonisti indiscussi di entrambe le opere; verrà fatto un confronto sulla scelta degli animali, sul loro ruolo, sui loro comportamenti e sulla loro rappresentazione. Inoltre vi è una parte in cui verranno messe a confronto con l'originale in versi in francese, una traduzione italiana, una prosa francese e una inglese. ​
