"Cantar de mio Cid": l'epopea dell'epica spagnola in chiave storico-sociale

The dissertation aims to analyse the socio-historical features of the first document of the Spanish epic "Cantar de mio Cid". Through the projection of a heroic figure, as well as the protagonist of the epic poem Rodrigo Dìaz de Vivar, we will be able to have a link with the medieval and chivalric past through the recovery of passages with historical and social relevance in the three cantares of the poem, but also through sources external to it, such as the process of the Reconquista and the biography "Historia Roderici". ​

La dissertazione si propone di analizzare le caratteristiche storico-sociali del primo documento dell'epopea spagnola "Cantar de mio Cid". Attraverso la proiezione di una figura eroica, nonché protagonista del poema epico Rodrigo Dìaz de Vivar, si potrà avere un legame con il passato medievale e cavalleresco attraverso il recupero di passaggi di rilevanza storica e sociale nei tre cantares del poema, ma anche attraverso fonti esterne ad esso, come il processo della Reconquista e la biografia "Historia Roderici".
