Soccer is one of the most widely practiced and followed sports in the world, which boasts a large number of participants, of all ages and in various categories, in which it is increasingly difficult to stand out. In the following dissertation, the various athletic characteristics of a soccer player and different playing conditions in the development of the game will be analyzed. The coordination and conditional skills that this sport requires, for those who play it, and how to train them during the season will be analyzed. Particular attention will be given to training with overloads in fundamental exercises such as the squat, deadlift and flat bench, they will be described individually, analyzing their correct mode of execution, considering the different variations, the main errors and the benefits that follow. The transferability of training with these exercises to soccer, through the use of loads and how to incorporate them into a workout, will be evaluated. With the use of scientific research will be carried out the possibility of obtaining improvements that will be able to transfer into the performance of the player during the competition, especially in the technical gestures typical of this sport that will allow the athlete to achieve better results in athletic terms, the possibility, thanks to an improvement of the musculoskeletal system as a result of training, to prevent some of the most frequent injuries in this sport.

With the use of scientific research will be carried out the possibility of obtaining improvements that will be able to transfer into the performance of the player during the competition, especially in the technical gestures typical of this sport that will allow the athlete to achieve better results in athletic terms, the possibility, thanks to an improvement of the musculoskeletal system as a result of training, to prevent some of the most frequent injuries in this sport.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
