The study focuses on local television realities: starting from their history through all the changes they have faced and undergone over the years. The focal point of the study is the change in television use due to the advent of social media and the internet broadcasting. In the end, the case of Telebiella - the first local Italian TV - is analyzed in its historical change and in its recent passage to SocialTV. ​

Lo studio si concentra sulle realtà televisive locali: partendo dalla loro storia passando per tutti i cambiamenti che hanno affrontato e subito negli anni. Punto focale dello studio è il cambiamento della fruizione televisiva dovuto all'avvento dei social media e alla diffusione dei contenuti via Internet. Infine, viene analizzato il caso di Telebiella - prima realtà locale italiana - nel suo mutamento storico e nel suo recente passaggio a SocialTV. ​
