The advancement of technology has the potential to enhance teaching. In this thesis, I will present two virtual reality resource prototypes for teaching mathematics that I developed using one of the current emerging technologies: Virtual Reality (VR). The prototypes were created for an international project, TransEET. I will explain the objectives of this project, present the steps of the design and development of the two resource prototypes, and discuss the potential effectiveness of an educational approach aided by emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality.
