Alternance au sein de l’Action Sociale du groupe Ag2r La Mondiale

Ag2r La Mondiale is a French social protection group, neck and neck with Malakoff Humanis in the race for the top spot in the rankings. Its governance is based on parity and mutualism, and it is non-profit. La Mondiale was first created in 1905, followed by the General Association of Retirement by Repartition (AGRR, renamed Ag2r in 1992). The group's activities span a wide range of sectors, from mutual insurance to insurance, including its two foundations. The competitive and social aspects coexist within the group but also geographically, in its offices. Also part of the equation is the complementary retirement institution Agirc-Arrco, whose agent is managed by Ag2r La Mondiale through its "complementary retirement" branch. The group has a very rich history of mergers between different structures to create what we know today. It currently employs approximately 15,000 employees, including 5,000 employees from the Domitys senior residences, following the merger in 2021.

Les activités du groupe balayent un grand panel de secteurs, en allant de la mutuelle à l’assurantiel tout en passant par ses deux fondations. Le concurrentiel et le social se côtoient, dans le groupe mais aussi de manière géographique, dans les bureaux. Entre aussi dans l’équation l’institution de retraite complémentaire Agirc-Arrco, dont l’agent est géré par Ag2r La Mondiale via sa branche « retraite complémentaire ». Le groupe a une histoire très riche de rapprochements entre différentes structures afin d’en donner ce que l’on connaît aujourd’hui. Il rassemble aujourd’hui environ 15 000 collaborateurs, dont 5000 salariés des résidences seniors Domitys, depuis le rapprochement en 2021.
