Gestione dei trasporti eccezionali: normative e applicazione nel settore civile e militare.

The exceptional transports are a specific branch of road transport that transfers materials and vehicles of sizes and weights beyond the limits provided by current regulations. In the following thesis, the regulatory constraints related to this sector will first be defined, then the military regulations governing such transport will be addressed, making some mention regarding examples and organizational procedures concerning the Italian Army.ù The final section analyzes two case studies aimed at highlighting the amount of work behind an exceptional transport and all the issues related to the conduct of logistical operations. Starting from these examples, the goal is to understand how the integration of emerging and disruptive technologies could improve the efficiency of this field and further mitigate the associated risks in the future. The conclusion aims to reflect on the possible future changes in this sector. ​

I trasporti eccezionali sono una specifica branca dei trasporti su strada che spostano materiali e veicoli che superano i limiti di dimensioni e peso previsti dalle normative attuali. Nella tesi verranno prima definiti i vincoli normativi di questo settore, seguiti dall'esplorazione delle normative militari che regolano tali trasporti, con alcune menzioni di esempi e procedure organizzative specifiche per l'Esercito Italiano. Nella sezione finale verranno analizzati due casi di studio per mettere in luce il lavoro esteso dietro un trasporto eccezionale e le sfide logistiche ad esso associate. Sulla base di questi esempi, l'obiettivo è esplorare come l'integrazione delle tecnologie emergenti e innovative potrebbe migliorare l'efficienza in questo settore e ridurre ulteriormente i rischi correlati. La conclusione mira a offrire una riflessione sui possibili cambiamenti futuri in questo settore.
