Il Project Management e il controllo di gestione nelle imprese che operano su commessa: Il Caso MM Construction S.r.l ​

The purpose of this paper is to examine project management and management control in project-based enterprises. The paper has been divided into two parts, the first, the theoretical part, in which the peculiarities and distinctive features of project management and management control in project-based enterprises . In the second part, it was decided to analyze more on an empirical level the business reality of MM Construction, a company where I did the mandatory curricular internship agreed with the University and where I currently work. The work of the thesis thus focuses on management control within companies that work on a contract or project basis and was elaborated by placing a judicious focus on the practices that distinguish the area of project management.

Il presente elaborato ha l’obiettivo di esaminare il Project Management e il controllo di gestione nelle imprese che lavorano su commessa. Il lavoro è stato suddiviso in due parti, la prima, ovvero quella teorica, in cui si sono esposte le peculiarità e le caratteristiche distintive del Project Management e del controllo di gestione nelle imprese che lavorano su commessa. Nella seconda parte, si è deciso di analizzare più a livello empirico la realtà aziendale di MM Construction, azienda dove ho svolto il tirocinio curriculare obbligatorio convenzionato con l’Università e in cui attualmente lavoro. Il lavoro della tesi si sofferma quindi sul controllo di gestione all’interno delle aziende che lavorano per commessa o progetti ed è stato elaborato ponendo un oculato focus sulle prassi che contraddistinguono l’area di Project Management. ​
