Cibo e Spazio: Indagando la Valorizzazione Territoriale attraverso la Comunità di Supporto all'Agricoltura

Questa ricerca è stata svolta nell'ambito delle alternative food networks, e prende in esame l'associazione "ciò che vale" con il progetto di comunità di supporto all'agricoltura (CSA) nato a Chieri, vicino a Torino. Tramite l'adozione dell'approccio territorialista è stato analizzato il sistema di relazioni che la CSA ha instaurato tra i suoi membri -consumatori e produttori- e con la Natura. Ciò ha permesso di far luce sulla riconfiguarazione del rapporto tra città e campagna attraverso questa forma di community engagement che porta avanti e tutela pratiche agricole fortemente indirizzate alla sostenibiltà ambientale e alla sinergia tra attività umane e elementi naturali. L'analisi del sistema di realzioni avviate dalla Comunità ha permesso di identificare come attraverso il cibo si possano ridefinire quelle relazioni territoriali indebolite dai processi di urbanizzazione e deterritorializzazione, proponendo un modello che va al di là della mera produzione di cibo ma si basa sulla trasmissione di conoscenza. Questa csa si colloca tra le afn e sfidando il sistema del cibo convenzionale, opera una riterritorializzazione di una piccola parte del sistema del cibo del Chierese.

This research was carried out in the context of Alternative Food Networks and examines the association 'ciò che vale' with the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project established in Chieri, near Turin. By adopting the territorialist approach, the system of relations that the CSA has established between its members -consumers and producers- and with Nature was analysed. This allowed to shed light on the reconfiguration of the Rural and Urban linkages through this form of community engagement that carries out and protects agricultural practices strongly aimed at environmental sustainability and synergy between human activities and natural elements. The analysis of the system of relations initiated by the Community has made it possible to identify how through food we can redefine those territorial relations weakened by the processes of urbanisation and deterritorialisation, proposing a model that goes beyond the mere production of food but is based on the transmission of knowledge. This CSA stands between the AFN and challenges the conventional food system, operating a re-territorialisation of a small part of the Chierese food system.
