La Sicurezza Guadagnata come elemento chiave nella terapia con pazienti con Anoressia Nervosa: analisi linguistica e valutazione dell’Indice di Massa Corporeo in un progetto longitudinale

This thesis aims to analyze a sample of 10 patients with anorexia nervosa by investigating: the assessment of BMI and the lexical terms used following a course of EMDR and CBT therapy. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter on anorexia, the second on attachment, the third on language, and the fourth presents the research study. The main tools used for the study are: the AAI (Adult Attachment Interview), transcribed and subsequently entered into the LIWC (Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count) software to conduct the linguistic analysis.

Questa tesi si propone di analizzare un campione di 10 pazienti con anoressia nervosa indagando: la valutazione del BMI e dei termini lessicali utilizzati in seguito ad un percorso di terapia EMDR e di CBT. la tesi è suddivisa in quattro capitoli: il primo capitolo sull'anoressia, il secondo sull'attaccamento, il terzo sul linguaggio ed il quarto presenta lo studio di ricerca. I principali strumenti utilizzati per lo studio sono: l'intervista AAI (adult attachment interview), trascritta ed in seguito inserita nel software LIWC (linguistic inquiry and word count) per condurre l'analisi linguistica.
