Il Processo di Sindacalizzazione dei Riders

This paper discusses the unionization process of riders starting from the theoretical concept of business idea. The intent is to study the emergence in Italy of autonomous unions such as Riders Union with the aim of understanding why the confederal union has been unable to unionize food delivery workers and from what stems the need to organize autonomously. It will also discuss the techniques of action used, the ways in which interests were organized, and the political needs that drove these choices.

La tesi tratta il processo di sindacalizzazione dei riders partendo dal concetto teorico di business idea. L'intento è quello di studiare la nascita in Italia di sindacati autonomi quali Riders Union con il fine di capire perchè il sindacato confederale non sia stato in grado di sindacalizzare i lavoratori del food delivery e da cosa nasce la necessità di organizzarsi in autonomia. Si parlerà inoltre delle tecniche d'azione utilizzate, delle modalità di organizzazione degli interessi e delle necessità politiche che hanno guidato queste scelte.
