The thesis focuses on the analysis of the reward system at KPMG, a multinational service company. First, it provides a detailed analysis of what we talk about when we refer to a reward system in human resources management, with general information from different studies by management and economics experts. Then, it will focus on KPMG itself, the benefits that it provides to its employees and what are their reactions to and feelings about the reward system of the company.
